We post all orders through Australia Post Registered Parcel Post. Standard shipping will take 3-10 business days and Express shipping 1-3 business days.

Yes.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind however certain items may be exchanged if they are returned in resalable condition. Please choose earrings, skin care, cosmetics and perishable items carefully as we are unable to exchange these items due to Health Regulations.

Returns can be processed in person or via post to our Cockburn gateway store. Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges on sale items.
